My husband is revenue inspector. He and my in laws torture me mentally stating that its thier home and send me out to my parents home. Not even take care of my children ( both girl baby 2 yrs and 5 month baby ) If u give police compliant means also they won\'t take action against as iam higher position then police. What can I do againts him.

I would like to go with judicial seperation , as my husband has committed adultery. How do I proceed with it , is it possible to get in 4 days. Or is it possible to apply and get it, if the husband is in abroad ?

You can get Judicial Separation by filing a petition in an appropriate family court, however it is highly unlikely to get it resolved in four days and if he is abroad, you need to consider international service of process for serving him notice and other legal documents.

Q: Second marriage while divorce case court proceedings

My brother got married on 2016 and his wife got separated during her pregnancy time on 2017 and till date not living together, the woman shows no interest to live together, but during court trials, just disguise herself like to live together, but outside court purely show no interest. It has been 6+yrs from both got separated, so can 2nd marriage be allowed to the man as his future has been uncertain for past 6+ years. Please suggest.

Within two months of our marriage, he asked my jewels for his sister marriage and when i refused he beat me and bite me. When he bit me there was blood all over the room.
