Husband threatening about triple talaq and having extra marita affai

Muslim- love marriage married on 03/02/23. After few months in laws and husband started to ask money, forcing me to leave my job. Started abusing and beating so I did a police complaint. Police warned both parties and then after going home husband told me to go to my parent’s place for 2 days in order to cool the matter and after 2 days on call threatening me for triple talak and not coming to take me. Also having an extra marital affair and I have few proof about it. Need some counselling.

Triple talak is now illegal in India so in case divorce by triple talaq, you can lodge an FIR against your husband. If the abusive behavior of your husband continues then you file an FIR for domestic violence too. Feel free to contact me for seeking any further legal advice as regards the same.

You must file for maintenance under section 125 CrPC. Once summons go to husband, he might approach you for settling the matter. Thereafter, you can decide how to go forward. You can contact me for further help in your matter.

Hello , there are following options for you; 1. Under new Abolition of triple talaq an FIR can be registered for proclamation of triple talaq against your husband 2. When he is having an extra martial affair then you can file case of domestic violence against your husband for causing your mental torture
