husband staying separately with his father and not ready to come back

My husband left me at our marietal house and his sister locked all the rooms except the room where i was staying and hid the keys.He is staying at his fathers place for the last 9 months. He has no intentions of coming back and neither he is ready to give me mutual divorce. The feud is regarding me not getting along with his sisters. Now i have left that house and staying at my own rented appartment.I am clueless what to do as there is no one to guide me on this regard

industry process equation we need to file contested divorce petition against him I feel required for permanent alimony maintenance in that position also we can file as well as domestic violence domestic violence petition also we can file in between

your husband is perhaps Cautiously following some legal expert advice . face bringing you into a situation you should be forced to agree for a separation by mutual consent . it seems you are also earning you do not have kids. I suggest you to wireless ootpat restitution of conjugal rights .

Firstly send legal notice seeking for divorce by mutual consent and seeking maintenance if he's not ready file a suit before jurisdiction family court. ..... also it's better to first if you have children to file for maintenance
