Husband staying abroad more than 2 years.. He is wanting divorce..

He is 38 yrs. I am in India and working... Its our both 2nd marriage I need him back and he Has lawyer in Mumbai.. Called me for separation deed.. I wish not to give divorce.. I want to continue this marriage.. He is very smart and my in laws too support him..just give me advise if he contest on any ground which none is true.. I wish to save this marriage

Kindly save under which religion your marriage falls further dont sign any deed or documents unless your lawyer has hone through the same Let us know further help you required we will help you in this. thanks

hi in this case you can proceed to file petition for restitution of conjugal rights wherein you can claim resumption of martial life you may also claim maintenance till the pendancy of the petition. there is a good chance that you'll succeed in restitution

As long as both parties are living together and enjoying normal matrimonial conjugal rights it is advised to request for mediation and counselling but in your case you both are have second marriage and having long distance relationship . Nothing can be legally enforceable if any party/ parties are not willing to continue the relationship. You can request for your matrimonial conjugal rights through court there by denying seperation deed right now.
