Hi, I used to demand for divorce but i dont want. Now my husband has sent legal notice for mutual divorce.

I understand your questions so now your husband send legal notice to mutual dicorce but you are not intrest now right so you will give reply notice what is your opinion about this and what you want in your marriage life ecerthink you can discribe in your reply notice thank you for asking questions

you can send a reply notice putting forward your demands and giving him an appropriate legal reply for his notice through an advocate, or you can negotiate and settle everything regarding permanent alimony and maintenance, and other issues and go for mutual consent divorce, if you do not want divorce you can put forth your side of defence in case he applied for divorce.
