Husband sends abusive messages in whatsapp even though case is on

My husband is contesting my petition for divorce and he is also fighting as party in person .He has been continuously sending abusive and threatening messages . Can this be used against him?

it is clear that your already having an advocate fighting your case against your husband, what you can do is take out some screenshots and print of the abusive messages and file an application of injunction against him in the court asking the court to direct him to stops doing so.

Dear Madam, You may file an interim application in the same Divorce case producing all such abusive and threatening messages and request the Court to struck off his defence and pronounce judgment of Divorce in your favour. In the meanwhile you may approach the Police and file 498A of IPC and Domestic Violence case.
