You not mention which religion you belong. If you Hindu than for this condition you can file complaint under domestic violence act in the concern court and you can get maintenance. Court may directed to your husband for give you full maintenance and shelter. For more for information you can call.

As per your query its not clear why your husband left, the reason behind all dispute ,with that you are in continuous contact with although only through phone calls but still you are in touch with him legally its not possible to help you unless you or your husband approach any appropriate forum for resolution of disputes, best thing for both of you is conciliation through mediation!For further help give details !
