hi madam you can apply for restitution of conjugal rights petition and can apply for maintenance on the ground that he is not looking after you and your child and can apply for divorce on the ground of deaertion

firstly, you have to take a decision firmly that you are willing to reunion with him or to obtain divorce. you have to take right decision because you have a son. if you interested in reunion with your husband, you can file a petition in a court of law for restitution of your conjugal rights, by approaching a good lawyer in your locality. prior to filing the petition you can issue a legal notice through an advocate for the same cause. If you are vexed with him and having no alternative except divorce, the desertion and cruelty by desertion would be good grounds for obtaining divorce.
