01-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My husband filed a divorce case and produced evidence. A mail which was sent by me long back saying that "inlaws are money minded and mother is a person who has all kinds of relation with the son." Does this evidence can lead to divorce.

It is not relevant ground for divorce. There may some other factor/ reason he might mentioned. Since how many months or years both are staying separately? Have you filed any case against him prior to file divorce case.
