Husband pressurising for mutual divorce but I want to save my marriage

My husband is having extra marital affair he is putting status on wts app just for me hidding her face putting emojis on her face pressurising for mutual divorce to me I came home for 4 days with 4 clothes then his parents told don't send her so it's being 10 months many mediators his family involved went to all the diagnotories and political parties of our city making allegations like no physical relation between us as it's being 3.5 years no kid hence his parents claiming menta cruelty

It’s not clear whether any case has already been filed or not. If the case hasn’t been filed Then you send him a legal notice that you want stay with him and take the marriage ahead. Or even if the case is filed you can still file case for saving the marriage

Hi Good Afternoon, As you mention your husband has extra maritial affair. but extra maritial affair is not an offence. it is ground for the Divorce. if you want to continue your marriage then you can proceed with proceed with section 9 which is restitution of conjugal rights. or else you can go with the Divorce. here in Divorce you can claim maintainance and alimony also. else you can file domestic violence against your husband and in laws where you can maintainance. for more details and querries contact us and visit our website

my very first question is when you are aware of your husband's extra marital affair n your inlaws are causing you mental cruelt then why you want to save your marriage???? Think and act accordingly. If u mention these facts to the court then court will also ask you the same question.
