Husband not ready to give divorce

I am Latha, I have been married 8 years back, my husband have all bad habits(drinking, smoking) and irresponsible person. We have no kids because of he have infertility problem and I don't have any infertility issues as per doctor. But all reports in his house, We both are seperated from last 21 months he is not ready to give divorce, how can I proceed forther sir.

hello, dont worry you can take divorce if he ready or not there is a law allows you to take divorced and if you want you file dvc case in him that he is beating n all and last you also ask him maintenance too.

hi if he is not ready to give divorce then you need to file for divorce in the concerned court seeking on the ground of infertility and mental and physical cruelty as he is not looking after and treating you well
