Husband not ready for Mutual , blackmailing , for taking divorce.

मैंने कोर्ट मैरिज की 2019 में, जिस लड़के से किया उसने अपना सारे डॉक्यूमेंट फेक लगाए। किसी दूसरे के आधार कार्ड को संशोधित कर के अपना फोटो , नाम लिख कर लगाए , फर्जी आर्य समाज मंदिर के प्रमाण भी दिए । शादी के उसी दिन से हम दोनों अलग है। ये बात सिर्फ मेरे भाई को पता है और परिवार में किसी को भी नहीं। तलाक के लिए बोलती हूं टो पहले राजी था अब बोलता है धमकी देता है घर पर बता दूंगा , । फर्जी डॉक्यूमेंट के खिलाफ पुलिस से शिकायत करने को बोला टो बोलता है तुम्हे बदनाम करदूंगा , लड़की को कही कि नहीं रहोगी। मुझे समझ नहीं आता मै क्या करूं । मुझे उससे तलाक लेना है , जिससे मेरे मैटर जल्दी बन्द हो।

आप उसके खिलाफ कंप्लेंट दर्ज़ कर सकती है। उसके अलावा आप सीधा न्यायालय जा कर भी divorce की याचिका डाल सकती है जिसके लिए उसे पेश जरूर होना पड़ेगा और न्यायालय को समझना पड़ेगा कि divorce क्यों नहीं देना चाहिए। इस दौरान आप कोशिश कीजिए कि वो mutual divorce के लिए मान जाए।

You can always approach the nearest police station of your area. You have to file a written legal complaint to register a FIR against your husband under marriage by cheating. If the police officials fails to register the same go for 156(3) to the magistrate.
