Husband not in contact and neither giving any maintenance

I was married last year .Mine was 1st marriage n my husband's was 2nd. Within few days of marriage arguments started and i got pregnant.Due to pregnancy and family custom i came to my parents house after 4months of my wedding.I delivered a girl in March.My husband just visited hospital to see her.But after dat he and my in laws are not giving me any monthly expenditure nor allowing me to come back to his house.

hi if he is not allowing to enter the marital home then you could file petition for restitution of conjugal rights in court asking you to takr back you to home and could also file petition for maintenance in court

hello for your inputs from the case I can guid you like you can file a petition for maintenance if he is not in contact at least you have to send any one of the address earlier where your husband stay are your in last house when the notice served maintenance case can be taken up and they can I give the order so mean value mean value get a order further we will find

you can file cases against him and as well as your in laws for maintenance and criminal cases against your husband for not allowing you in home so many options you can also send him legal notice, maintainance for you and for your daughter .
