Husband not giving money for daughter's education after divorce

hello,me and my husband have been divorced three years back on the divorce paper it has return that he would give money monthly for our daughter's education but from last one year he had stop sending money he does't even talk to me or my daughter I want my daughter to get educated but it is getting very hard for me I have asked helped from many people but they doesn't help is there any way I can get my daughter's rights back
You can file execution case against husband for recovery of maintenance amount pending from him. The court will order him to pay the money without any delay or send him in the prison if he fails to do so.
