Husband not giving divorce and wife is living separately since 4 years

I am living separately from my husband since march 2017 because of his poor character but I don't have any proof of that. I have already filed for divorce in november 2017. He does not want to give divorce because he don't want to give me anything. Can I get divorce on the basis that we are living separately since 4 years. I have a daughter who is living with me.
as you said you have been separating at your husband for 4 years with your daughter if there is no contact for physical relationship between the two of you for years then the generally court will divorce to your favour and you can also demand out right maintenance from your husband for yourself and your daughter and any questions answer contact me by phone

You can definitely get a divorce. living separately alongwith no relationship is a valid ground.
Its not on his discretion in a court of law that he can say I dont want. He has to give correct safeguards to save himself.
However, you shall have more grounds for strong case.

You can file application for divorce on ground of his antecedents (poor character)but u have to prove them ,their are also other grounds available for divorce .Regarding custody of daughter if she is5 years or below u can get custody and above 5 years court will decide as welfare of child is important .
