Husband needs to file for Divorce on cruelty ground remarried in 2017

I'm a hindu aged about 40 Yrs.I got divorce in 2013 and get remarriage in 2017 January. My Second wife is also a divorcee. After a few months she is torturing me by plinth language and make mental stress to me.She is restricting to meet my children who were born for me and my first wife. She is interested and particular about my properties. I want to live seperaetly and want to get away from my second wife. How could I file a case under the ground mental cruelty. pl advice.
