Dear Madam, It is a serious baseless alldgation to seek sympathy of the Court. In the recent days the courts are declining to award divorce if simple allegations of Cruelty are made against the wife. You may also Perjury case against him for such baseless allegations.

where he is giving false statements about drugs and alcohol?? if he has mentioned in any ongoing case or at police station.. then ask him to prove it . just making false allegations will not help him any where... if he is spreading the false rumours against you infront of relatives and friends or in any social media.. then definitely you can file Defamation case against him .

You have not stated where you are husband has made such allegations against you . is it in divorce case filed against you ? if he has made such a ligation he has to provide proof for it. if you have engaged a lawyer in your defence that lawyer will take care of that.
