Husband loves someone else, not treating well

My inlaws & husband mistreated me from begining, insulted my parents. They always created instances to end the marriage.I am living with my parents now as the behaviour was intolerable.After one year of marriage, we come to know that My husband loves someone else & he married me under family pressure. His father has evicted him (just to show off) but they are in regular touch with him.I am not sure what they are thinking as they are clever.what precautions we should take being from girl side ?

Dear Madam, For the above reasons as stated in your question the Indian Government enacted most of the laws in favour of married women. It is for you to invoke the provisions and file multiple cases against your husband and his parents and teach them you a lesson otherwise they may give divorce to you and enjoy the life.

File a police complaint Lodge and domestic violence case against him and also a case for maintenance. That way you can bring him to the table and discuss if there is a possibility of reconciliation or if you both want to part ways. There are no precautions as such that you can take at this instance so it’s best you start taking action against him by filing these cases.
