Husband is not working not supporting family


27-Feb-2024 (In Divorce Law)
Married 21 years ago ( Hindu). He is well educated, good person but started business and lost everything , I given everything to him, in worst situation I started working. from seven years he is not working. Always dreaming about his business plans, playing games not interested in working as a employee. But day by day becoming a different person. Blaming me , cheating me I tried, requested, urged but nothing worked out. Can I get legal support to make him as a responsible person.

you can at the most file domestic violence case or maintenance case and see that he in the conciliation proceedings he agrees to some conditions and then try to see that he mends his ways and takes up the family responsibilities, if not you have the right to seek divorce or take any other action under domestic violence act or Hindu marriage act as required.

Dear Madam You have to give him confidence and let him start a BUSINESS without investment. He may share his failures in business and earn. You may some pressure on him legally about your rights then he may come to normal life.
