husband is not ready to receipt divorce notice

Hi Team, My sister residing father house for more than 2.5 years and she has a 3 years daughter My sister's husband is not ready to receipt notice to initiate divorce. He is somewhere in Delhi NCR but not telling and informed his relatives not to disclose his address for the purpose o servicing notice. He clearly says that I never disclose his address and come before any proceedings whenever it is fixed. How we should Start legal proceedings to divorce. Regards

There are various methods by which you can service your husband if he refused to accept the court notice. Praise the judge to issue a dusty notice so that you can personally hand over the court summons notice to your husband. Even if your husband is not disclosing his address you can ask a judge to declare a proclamation in the newspaper order five rule 20 and further proceed for an ex parte decree against your husband these are some suggestions I will explain you in detail once you meet me at my office I have dictated the answers so there may be some traffic graphical error for more information you may contact my office thank you

There are ample ways to get the notice delivered …u can wharsapp him … don’t send notice with your name or address .. u can send notice from
Advocate’s house without mentioning the word advocate ..file an affidavit that the address is correct .. hire a detective who will b witness in the court for his address ..
