Husband is not ready for divorce

I am fed up with my in laws and want to divorce my husband. He is currently out of India n I am staying with his parents... he says when I am back we will move out.. but i feel it will only add to the issues I have with my in laws... hence I want a divorce bit he doesn't... what can be done??
You can file for Divorce in family court for Dissolution of marriage . You can file contested Divorce wherein a summon will be issued to your husband in whichever country he resides. Later if he agrees for Mutual consent Divorce your petition can be converted to Mutual consent Divorce n Divorce will be granted in 6 months or lesser.
