Husband is not attending to court for mutual divorce hearing

26-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
We both filed mutual consent divorce but my husband is wantedly not attending the court on the day of hearing to get the case dismissed. Is there any other way I can apply for divorce if the mutual divorce case is dismissed other than 498A case.
