Husband is having multiple affairs but not having any proof

My husband is serving in Indian army and having multiple affairs, asking his gf to marry him as he is getting divorced. I dont have any proof , only having few whatsapp messages of his gf confessing me the same. He is abusing me physically and verbally. we dont live together, he ususally came on leave of one month and hardly spend 7 days with me. I am pursuing phd and getting monthly stipend. Complaint many times in his unit but nothing happend.

You should file a complaint before the concerned Police Authorities, and you may through Council send complaint before his department so aforesaid action is sufficient to take steps in your case if need any more help consult me.

on the above mentioned query please note down that WhatsApp message and chats on any other online portal are falls under information technology act. so these types of messages and chats are 100% proof of evidence for his affair. so don't bother. you can file any type of matrimonial case against him like domestic violence, maintenance, divorce.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that as you are a legally wedded wife of your husband but if he is abusing you physically you have to file a detailed complaint in women help line no. and send a copy of that to his unit giving all the evidence you have against him for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
