Husband is having an affair with a divorcee women who has a daughter

I am Tasmia Islam, a 23 year old muslim girl . I have been 3 months married now . My husband is having an affair with a divorcee women who is 10 yrs elder to my husband and has a 12 yr old daughter. I have caught him several times doing this but he keeps on lying including his parents. My family and I are being harrassed over and over again. I have proofs of messages and a call recording as proof. I need serious help regarding this . Can you please help me what shall I do next. Shall I go to the police first? I personally feel there is something which both of them are hiding and are not ready accept their faults. Please help me with this.

as you are saying you have proofs that depends what proofs you have through which you can prove him of having affair with the other as he is not ready to accept it what illegal he is doing is your jurisdiction place..

I think you have to decide what kind of remedy you prefer. you have a fit case of section 498A ipc to proceed against your husband and in laws. that way you can risk your matrimonial life though. so you have to weigh your choices accordingly. any learned advocate can guide you with either seeking marital relief or criminal action depending the path you want to traverse.
