Husband is fraud ,not earning,and fir is against him

I am married since 11 years, I have 2 kids, my husband is Fraud,bankrupted,and not earning since 5 years.....ow my kids are also not safe.....because of his business he did.....we are getting threats.....my husband raised hand on me as well so many times......and he used to hit himself too...,,since 8 months I am not living with him....I need advice....what to do ?
Give him Divorce, as simple as that. And be independent, don't expect Maintenance from him. I don't think so, he will be able to give, considering he is not working since long. Keep your Children with you and raise them well by filing a Chid Custody Case in Court

Better you should move with criminal application for Domestic Voilence Act and move for number of protection orders provided in that. Also you should move with maintenance case as per the provisions of criminal procedure code.
