Husband is asking for salary .

Sir/mam my husband is torturing me even im pregnant right now my 7th month is going on he is asking about my salary to give all of my salary to his mother and not taking care of his child mai mere parents ke ghar m hu since april so pls help me

File a complaint in mahila thana against him and also domestic violence case as there is a provision in the act that if he is forcing u to give ur salary to his mother that comes under cruelty. He is duty bound to take care of u and if he is neglecting u that also comes under physical and mental cruelty.
