Husband hiding not coming in court and calls of police

Husband not coming in court and police station 2 months ago filed DV and maintenance claim He filed false case of divorce sec 13 1 in Jan when he was staying together and hiding notices from court Now he is not coming to court in anyofabove cases What to do now he is hiding in his home town bihar

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if you have filed section 12 & 125 do go for short dates after issuing of the notice and give notice in the home town also as you must have made party to the family members in DV case and if he has filed section 13 do give a detailed parawise reply to it in your W.S for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

your matter is husband is not coming court in dv case .if he is not present the court proceeding 2 or 3 more hearing then police arrest him and legal proceeding started don't worry .more information to call me
