Husband having a child from extra marital affair

My hus had an affair post our marriage and just now I got to know he has a child with her. Does the child have any rights on my hus and if so what are those? Can I file complaint against that women for blackmailing my husband all the time? She is unmarried and knows we are married and has come to our marriage too.

Adultery is no more a crime and the child born out of adultery is always legal and have all the rights over his father's property same as the legitimate child. Adultery can only be used as a ground for divorce.
