Husband has taken exparte divorce without my knowledge

I got married in 2010. husband has taken exparte divorce without my knowledge in 2019 and I got to know about it 2021....what Can I do know? Please help me.

If that is the case then you must immediately approach the concerned court for setting aside the exports decree. You must also highlight as to in what manner you feel that fraud was played upon you. You have the remedy to get it set aside and the limitation for your remedy starts as and when you come to know about the fraud played upon you.

hello client as i can see your issue is really very serious matter . as your husband has allready got exparty divorce . so in this matter we can challage it in the high court aa well as we can get it cancelled buy we neee to file it on urgent basis.

The time limit to set aside the exparte divorce decree by the same court which passed the decree is 30 days and if you are going for an appeal, then it is 90 days to file an appeal against the decree. The condone delay petition along with the appeal can be filed if time passed. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You can file an application to the concerned court with conclusive evidences that you never received any notice or summons from the court …n u need to hire an advocate for the same asap …b in touch to understand the legalities
