Husband has lied on affidavit .

Husband says on affidavit that he is paying Rs.26,000/- per month for educational expenses when in actuality he has spent only Rs.1,32,000/- till datenWhereas this amount comes to 19,00,000/-.on this basis he is trying to decrease the maintenance amount granted by family court in High court.nShall I file for interim application for recovering this said amount to prove he never paid as it is on this basis of voluntary payment he is arguing for decreasing the other expenses granted by family court

If your husband has lied on affidavit and you have proofs to substantiate your claim then you may file a case against him under section 340 of criminal procedure code. You can personally pursue the case.

Well of course, you can file an interim application with immediate effect, so that, he should not request the court to decrease your Maintenance or any other legitimate expenses for which you have secured an order in your favour from Family Court.
