Husband got single party divorce by cheating

Dear sir my husband resides at raipur..didnt allow me to stay with him without job. I stay in gujarat frm last 4 yrs. He got divorce letter by cheating.nw he is not responding. My all jewellery, are with him.he took 4 lac rs for settling home.bt didn't provide me secured life to start my family life. I need help to recover all.i have all proof. .cash was paid through cheques. Call records..in which he has accepted his all cheating. I need help.cant deal alone with police or legal action.
