Husband filling section 9 after my domestic violence complaint.

Husband has filled section 9 after i filled complaint and court case for domestic violence just to protect himself. What should i do? Can i quash the case till my dowry case is pending.
hello mam as i can say your husband is just willing to protect himself just to save himself from the punishment from court as well as fine by court . in your case you need to save ur case as your husband is just willing to destroy ur case.

You need to contest the case but if you are not wiling to reconcile, you cannot be forced. Also domestic abuse is a ground for refusal to live together for which the application is being filed.
