Husband filed for divorce just after 5 months of marriage

Dear sir mujhe 1 advice chahiye, maine 1 August 2017 ko court marriage ki thi, shadi k 5 mahine me hi hmare husband ne hmare name pr divorce deed bnwa liya aur apni advocate k samne deed pr sign kra li aur fir b mere sath relation bnaye aur mai ab 7 month pregnant hu aur wo ab mujhe kharch b nhi dete h, abhi hmari shadi k1 saal nhi huye h, mujhe divorce nhi chahiye, bina advocate k case ho skta h ya nhi because mere pas na paise h aur na kisi ka support h

Agar aapko divorce nhi chahiye aur aapko. Maintenance bhi nhi mil rha h to aap maintenance ke liye case dal sakti h..... Advocate to aapko karna hi padega magar uski fee Govt degi.. Aap DLSA... Chale jaye iskeliye.

Divorce can't happen like this. Just signing a deed is no divorce, that need to be filed in court and the court record statement of parties and no court grant divorce in First motion. They grant time to settle the dispute and after six month second motion is being filed. Please contact to legal services which are available at all court and works free of cost. You can also complaint in women cell or Police. There are several laws for the safety of woman rights and several NGOs are working for woman rights. You don't feel helpless just have hope and for the child, you should fight.

Madam agar aapke paas lawyer ko dene ke paise nahi hain to bhi aap case file kar sakte hain. Legal aid authority mein legal help ke liye apply kar sakti hain. Har court mein legal aid authority hoti hai aap unhe approach kar sakti hain

You can file Section 125 CR p c for maintenance of your self on your husband.
Move application in Local Police Station against him.
