Husband filed case of cruelty (hindu marriage)

Husband filed divorce case for cruelty (married for 10 yrs). He has affair (sexual) with her colleague and want to marry her (affair started before 1 year of filing the case). Husband is ready to settle the case but not ready to pay as per the demand so don’t want to give divorce (have child of 8 yrs). Please suggest

you can file maintenance case and child custody case against your husband even u can file an FIR against ur husband if there is any cruelty for further inquiry u can us . divorcr can be done by mutually or contested

You have two options …either fight the case till the last breath or put more pressure to take amount .. u can also file DV case n ask for the maintenance too ..this way u can come to the table for settlement … thanks
