File a restitution of conjugal right Instead of filing written statement . If you couldn't received any notice from your husband regarding Divorce petition filed by your husband, than it better to file RCR

Unless the plea taken by him seeking judicial separation is not known it will not be possible to guide you , however you need to contest the case in family court .If you can present your case effectively there are chances of getting relief , and if things work out satisfactorily you will be able to save your Marriage.

If u can then seek advice of the marriage counsellor jointly. You can also file a restitution of conjugal rights. Alternatively you can also resist the judicial separation as u will get an opportunity to respond. You being the legally wedded wife have cetain rights on his property which u can claim in form of alimony....its probable he would resist that and may come forward for an amicable discussion

Contest the case. You can also file a case for restitution of conjugal rights. Simoultaneously, you can claim maintenance filing case for maintenance and also in case for judicial separation. Court will give you time for conciliation. You must contest the case.
