Husband dumped me in parents house,zero contact,blocked me n my family

My husband left me in my parents house 3 months ago, no call/msg from him. He said he wants mutual separation. I have a voice recording of his parents talking abusive of me & my parents. I went to his house after 2 months, his dad asked me to get out at 10pm. They also have tied all my belongings in big bedsheets. They are blaming me for voice recording, causing mental trauma, health issues, husband lost job cz of me. I want to live with him, but they have political influence n can cause us harm

please file a domestic violence case and get protection orders, get an order not to restrain you from going and staying in your matrimonial home, protection order not to abuse or cause any type of violence, or apply for any order you require, further file for restitution of conjugal rights petition in family court where the court can order him to lead married life.

you can file a case for restitution of conjugal rights and also maintenance. you have a good case as you have all the recording. you can ask for domestic violence also snd get shelter and maintenance from them
