Husband drinking daily, not behaving well and demanded money before

1Husband forcefuly took my sign on prenup after marriage date(back date agreement). That says I can't ask for anything and all legal action in his city. can I file case in my city in diff state. 2He drinks daily in gujrat & misbehaves with me, wht can I do legally 3 B4 marriage he took money from me(saying only then he will marry) to buy car and repair work total 7lacs which I transferred online to vendors/ his friends and his ac in his city, can I get it back.(Car n everything on his mom name)

Yes u can file ur case in ur own city and different district as there is a provision in law for married woman specially cases of divorce ,maintenance, Domestic Violence and 498A cases. U have transferred money that is a sufficient proof and u can recover the vehicle and ur amount. Contqct me for help.

These all things are covered under Various act as cruelty and demand of dowry and you should report to police regarding the incidents when your husband does something and also keep a copy of the complaint with you for future

. मेरे पति ने शादी की तारीख के बाद जबरदस्ती मुझसे विवाह पूर्व समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर करवा लिए (यह समझौता पिछली तारीख का है)। इसमें लिखा है कि मैं कुछ भी नहीं मांग सकती और सारी कानूनी कार्रवाई उनके शहर में ही होगी। क्या मैं अपने शहर में, दूसरे राज्य में, मुकदमा दायर कर सकती हूँ? 2. वह गुजरात में रोज़ शराब पीते हैं और मेरे साथ दुर्व्यवहार करते हैं। मैं कानूनी तौर पर क्या कर सकती हूँ? 3. शादी से पहले उन्होंने मुझसे (यह कहकर कि तभी शादी करेंगे) कार खरीदने और मरम्मत के लिए कुल 7 लाख रुपये लिए, जो मैंने ऑनलाइन विक्रेताओं/उनके दोस्तों को और उनके शहर में उनके खाते में ट्रांसफर कर दिए थे। क्या मैं ये पैसे वापस ले सकती हूँ? (कार और बाकी सब कुछ उनकी माँ के नाम पर है)।

you file a metencaec case for yourself without your statement case can't close you demond a life time metencece for divorce you file a domestic violence case against you husband for you show his income for your etinece
