Q: Inharmonious relationship of wife with husband and inlaws

My wife is having an inharmonious relation with me and my parents since last one and half year since birth of our child. For last few months she has started using highly abusive language towards me and my family. She doesn't allow me to visit my parents with child or even send my child photos to my sister and parents also and keeps everything related to child under her control. Due to recent abusive escalation by her I had to leave the house today. What should be my next step?

Q: I have endured severe mental and emotional suffering due to the action

I have suffered profound mental and emotional distress due to the actions of my parent-side family members, including Sanju Singh, Rakhi Singh, Omisha Singh, Moksha Singh, Muna Singh, Nivedita Singh, Om Prakash, and all other members of the maternal sides of both my mother and father. Their behavior has caused long-lasting trauma and continues to affect my mental well-being. I do not wish to see their faces, communicate with them, or have any involvement from any of them under any circumstances.

Q: To provide information about the case registered in my name.

Excise Section 34(1) on me and I was convicted by the First Class Judge of the District Court, Indore and 5000 fine only of was imposed and now my case is over and the type of case was summary trial and it was related to liquor 18 quarter of 180ml I am preparing for SSC, so can this create any major obstacle in getting a government job? If yes, then what should I do next so that I have more chances of getting selected in a government job? Please
