Husband does not want the first one to approach court

Husband does not want to stay together, but he does not want the first one to go and file for divorce in court also. What could be the reason?

There may be any reason for which your husband doesn't want to go first for filing divorce in court. but this is not a problem if you both wants separation than you both can opt. for mutual consent divorce and get separation very easily it may be financial problem for which your husband doesn't want to go first in court and may be your husband got feared that may he has to pay allumini or some expenses for your daily needs or livelihood after or during separation. Husband may not have a sufficiently strong ground for seeking divorce hence he may not be filing and waiting for wife to approach so there is possibility of mutually agreed divorce.
