Husband denying divorce and dragging case

Hi, I have filed divorce case on ground of cruality. He is not ready for divorce. I am not asking for any alimony or demands. I have been leaving seperately since 3.5 along with my daughter who is 3.5 . After immediately delivery of my daughter within 2 months I got seperated as he and his mother and brother started torturing me abusing me . Directly after delivery he tried to keep relationship cause he wanted a boy and not girl. These are things happened in room how can I provide these evidences as I was not carrying camera in room on similar lines lot many things happened I.Now in divorce case he is dragging the cAse on the name of access of child which I have already given 4 times a month for 4 hours. Please advise what to do to fast-track the case and get divorce . He is mentally sick and don't even think of his daughters well being and ask for 7 hours of access for 3 years old and if daughter says she is tired he torture me like I am teaching her this to say .

Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned about the fact that your husband is not taking interest in defending divorce case which has been filed by you and also you are not willing for any alimony or maintenance then let the case run and get exparte decree from the honorable court.

You have not stated your religion in your query.If you want divorce from him .You can file divorce petition in court on ground of cruelty,his mental sickness.and also you can claim maintenance from him for you and your daughter's.
