Water connections for shop from society Rules and regulations
Can association cut water supply

Housing society fined for cutting off water supply to its member
Supreme Court judgement on disconnection of electricity by RWA
No society is entitled to disconnect or suspend common amenities including water supply
Firstly no one can cut the essential supply except legally ie non payment of bill so kindly make a police complaint of the said issue and also move an application in the pending case pointing out this new domestic torture and asking directions to reconnect immediately and also further direction not to behave this way a police complaint will be a very good evidence and will make ur case extra strong

No, without process of law, your husband or anybody cannot do so. The water and electricity supply are the basic amenities and no one can disconnect the same without process of law, as the case may be. If anybody does the same, you have legal right to initiate the proceedings against him and to get restore the essential supply of electricity or water, as the case may be, through the Courts of law by filing an appropriate case. He simply can not cut the power connection and electricity supply , your right to resident includes in it the accessibility of the essential services as well as free and unhindered access to the area of the house which you are occupying.
