Husband Cheating On Wife for past three years

My husband has been cheating on me for three years with this other woman. I need to know the possible punishments for the second woman. If either she’s married or single, both.

she will not be punished under law , your husband may be punished for second marriage and cheating you, if you file the complaint against him , if cheating in any other form you can sue both of them and make liable.

You cannot punish her. You can file case against your husband for the offence of adultery. Do one thing, give a complaint to the police against them for the adultery. If you are not having strong evidence to prove the allegations, the police will not entertain your complaint. Kindly contact for Further information and legal assistance.
