Husband Cheating and need legal advice

My husband is very loyal and decent . Recently I saw some incidents where he and his colleague were very close and intimate. I went into mental trauma. I wanted to change him and live together. But I feel nothing works. We have a daughter and son above 15 years. Need advice on this.

What made you get into mental trauma if your husband is loyal and decent? Have you talked about your mental trauma due to the incident with your husband? If you feel that nothing is working you can send him a legal notice if you still wish to stay with your husband. If not then you have the resort of legal separation by two ways

If you really think you can change him, try to do that because divorce should always be the last option. Sit and talk to him and make him understand about your long relationship with him and your children. If it works then great but if you feel nothing is working and there is nothing left in your married life, you have no option but to go for divorce. Better try to take out some good time together and make everything clear. If any assistance needed, you can approach me.

Well, every Wife who keeps blind faith in his Husband, thinks, that, his Hubby is innocent and he cannot cheat her. Reality is, you yourself have seen, what was happening between your Husband and his colleague. So now, either you can seek Divorce from him or seek Mediation Services from my end.

You can go for divorce if you think there is nothing to be changed so a better option is a divorce but proving adultery is very hard before the court of law so kindly collect proper evidence to pursue your case

if you have some evidence show to him ask him what's going on. convey him that you are having a son and daughter we need you. have some mediation with your family members and its still it's the same if you think you can file complaint also you can file for a divorce if you find still your husband is clothes to his colleagues.
