You can file for divorce or domestic violence or do a police complain for him as missing person. Whatever legal step you take you will need to prepare mentally, financially and physically to fight the case if any is filed

If you have been beaten by your Hubby, then, you can lodge a Police Complaint and get that complaint converted into a FIR under the concerned provisions of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. Moreover, you lodge a Complaint before Women Commission.
