your husband want mutual divorce but you are not ready for this yes it's depend upon both will because for mutual divorce the consent of husband and wife necessary . innocence from 1 of consent the procedure of divorce cannot be completed . but in your care you do not want divorce from your husband and also The Separation is one and half year so in this situation you should have to send the notice for restitution of conjugal right . then after you can file the petition under section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act for restitution . for more information we have to contact advocate . thanks

Sorry to know about your situation. If you don't want to get separated from your husband then you may file a petition before family court for restitution of conjugal rights. As for recovering your money, you may file criminal complaint to that respect but it has to be drafted meticulously under the supervision of an advocate

You have to contest your petition and try to record every conversation of them who are giving you offers and regarding your money and jewellery send him a message that please return my jewellery and money.
