Husband asking divorce since wife is in govt job in native place

Husband and wife were in software jobs for 11years.Husband and in-laws threatening for divorce as wife moved to govt job in native place due to harassment.husband still in software job.Husband and inlaws made false allegation of wife character and wife saying no to IVF as husband is infertile.They have stopped husband to meet wife and blocked her number and sent divorce notice.They need a wife who accepts IVF since 12 years passed.what should be done to make husband live together with his wife ?

Conjugal Rights Restitution is a legal entitlement that is based on Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act. The aggrieved party may apply to the district court for restitution of conjugal rights if the husband or wife is withdrawn from the other partner's company without valid reason.

hi first of all you need to reply to the said divorce notice denying all those facts and you could also a send a notice for restitution of conjugal rigjts and the right to residence under domestic violence act
