Husband and his family is refusing to take Domestic violence case noti

I have filed a Domestic violence case against my husband and his family, Husband is working in abroad so notice is send to him through what's app and mail, But husband family is not taking the notice summons of court, So what action should we take from court.

It is good for you if the Husband's family is not taking the Notice Or willfully denying to take notice. Then in such a case, you will get an Exparte Decree in your favor. You can get a Non Bailable Warrant isssued against them, so that, as soon as they enter India, they will get arrested.

Dear client need to confirm the reason/remark on summon report. So accordingly I will suggest you next step. you can send summon through RPAD also if your in-laws are residing different place. call me for further advice. thank you.
