Hus filed divorce.Maintenance seeking issues.

My husband filed divorce case on desertion n cruelty. I dont want divorce. If i contest the case can i win the case or just push the days.My age 33 not working.I want to file for maintenance. His salary 80k. How much i can demand for myself n baby. He s having insurance n savings. Can i claim on it. My hus failed to take care of my baby from day 1 physically as well financially. How to demand all these.

I understood your questions your husband filed divorce case, you want your husband and you have to save your marriage life okay you do one think madam one case is their RCR case if you want your husband you will file this case a nd you have to fil ed maintanance case also so if you want I will do it come my side thank you for asking questions

you can file for domestic violence case against your husband and your in-laws and ask for maintenance domestic violence case if you file against your husband family there are lots of chances of him with drawing the divorce case

if he has filed the case and if you have already received the notice from court then and after making first appearance you can claim maintenance for yourself and the baby. if what have told about his salary being 80k is true then you and baby together will get at least 35k.
