hus filed case under crutely - how to move a head

my hus Hindu filed divorce case against me n i m living sepearately for past two years with one kid age 2 not working. he never gave me single rupee for myself n for kid expense.he s planning for second marriage. i dont want to give divorce. i want to drag the case n he shld know his responsibilities n should feel bad for cheating n leaving us like this. wat to do ? how to approach the case. is it possible dismiss d case or drag it.how to teach him lesson.

You can file a restitution of conjugal rights case against him and prove the case about the his intension of second marriage and along with you can also do file maintaince case against him for child expenses.

Dear Madam, You have to file multiple cases and also file a suit for permanent injunction restraining your husband from marrying for second time. You may claim maintenance for yourself and your child and also may file complaint under Section 498A IPC and under Section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
