Howuch Time It Take To Get The Case Numbers?

When you file, Domestic violence, Dowry, Maintenance cases, in what time you get case numbers numbers??
matrimonial disputes are of various types. such as domestic violence, state case by registration of FIR, maintenance suit under crpc, maintenance suit under HMA Oor under HAMA. when any such matrimonial case is filed in district courts case geta a filing number and after few days i. e. 3-7 days case gets listing date which is given as per the convenience of court. So though case gets registered after few days and a registration number is given, it is actual heard on listing date

First the case will be admitted n according to the filing the date will be assigned for first hearing, generally within 1-3 months. You need to hire an advocate for the same …kindly b in touch ..thanks
